 1. Do you accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds?

No. We strictly do not offer returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order is placed.


2. What if the size doesn’t fit me?

There are no returns/exchanges/refunds for size-related issues. We always recommend ordering one size up to be on the safer side.


3. In what cases can I request a return or exchange?

Returns/exchanges are entertained only in case of damage.


4. What proof do I need for a damage claim?

A parcel opening video (clearly showing the damage) is mandatory. Without this video, no return/exchange will be processed.


5. How do I report a damaged product?
Please contact us at houseofritaara@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, along with the parcel opening video.


6. What happens if my damage claim is valid?

We will ship a replacement product. If the same product is unavailable, you may select another product of your choice. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.


7. Will the product look exactly like the pictures online?

Slight variations in colour, finish, or fabric may occur due to screen resolution, device settings, or camera lighting. 

No returns/exchange/refund will be entertained for such variations.


8. What if my package is returned because I was unavailable?
If the courier service marks you unavailable or cannot reach you via the phone number provided:

  • The package will return to us.
  • You will need to pay reshipping charges for us to send it again.
  • No refunds will be issued in such cases.

9. How long does delivery take?

The delivery process takes 5–15 working days (within India).

  • Delays from the courier’s side are not counted in our delivery timeline.
  • Please ensure you provide a valid Indian phone number.
  • We do not offer express shipping.

10. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

No. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.


11. How will I know when my package is shipped?

Once shipped, we will share the tracking details on the phone number provided by you.


12. Do you have a physical store?

No, we are an online-only store.


13. Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
